Building Discipline, Resilience, and Confidence
In today’s world, teenagers face new challenges — from physical safety to emotional resilience and confidence in themselves. At Elite Mastery, our Kung Fu Self-Defence Workshop is designed not only to equip juniors with practical self-defence skills but also to build the
discipline, focus, and resilience they need to thrive in life.
This programme is structured and designed by Master Leo Au Yeung, a renowned fight choreographer and martial artist who worked on the internationally acclaimed Ip Man film series. His approach blends authentic martial arts with a modern teaching framework to help students build strength, awareness, and confidence both inside and outside the training hall.

In the real world, confidence and awareness are often the best forms of protection.
Kung Fu prepares juniors to:
- Stay calm and focused in stressful situations.
- Recognise and avoid risky environments.
- Defend themselves responsibly if needed.
- Apply martial arts principles — discipline, respect, and perseverance — in school, relationships, and future careers
Unlike sports that focus only on winning, Kung Fu self-defence trains juniors to respect themselves, respect others, and face life with balance and inner strength.
