Master Leo Au Yeung Spotlight

Master Leo Au Yeung studied in Hong Kong under Grandmasters Ip Chun and Ip Ching, maintaining an authentic, unbroken lineage to the Ip Man family. With more than three decades specialising in Chinese martial arts and related disciplines, he blends tradition with modern performance demands.

His screen credits include serving as official fight choreographer on Ip Man (2008), The Legend Is Born: Ip Man (2010), and Ip Man: The Final Fight (2013), alongside ongoing work training professional stunt teams across Asia and the UK.

His impact on martial arts cinema has gained recognition in the United Kingdom, with the BBC and UWE Bristol producing a documentary in 2016 titled “Mastering Wing Chun,” featuring Au Yeung. Additionally, his choreographic contributions extend to original films and TV series with Marvel Studios.
